Summary
We built a 360° virtual tour of Plexus Medcare Hospital in Rajkot, covering over 30,000 sq ft. It is live on the hospital's website, where patients, families and referrers can walk through the facility before they visit, and the hospital also uses it for staff onboarding and patient counselling.
The challenge
Hospitals invest heavily in operation theatres, diagnostic labs and patient rooms, but most of that stays hidden from the people choosing where to go for care. Photographs do not show scale, and brochures cannot show cleanliness or quality of care.
For a patient researching from another city, or a family deciding where to refer a relative, a website with a few photos is rarely enough. Plexus Medcare wanted its facility to speak for itself, at any time, without a physical visit.

What we built
We designed and delivered a complete 360° tour that guides viewers through the hospital in a set order.

Drone aerial entry
The tour opens with an aerial view of the hospital exterior, which shows the location and size of the facility before the viewer goes inside.

Welcome and reception
The viewer then moves into the entrance and reception, to get a feel for the space and the first impression a patient has on arrival.

Full facility walkthrough
A structured route covers all key departments across the full 30,000 sq ft: labs, consultation rooms, operation theatres, patient wards and waiting areas. Every space is shown as it is.
Web-hosted, no app needed
The tour runs on our web-based platform. It is fully hosted, needs no download, and works on desktop, mobile and tablet. It sits inside the hospital's existing website, so visitors open it without being redirected.
How it is used day to day
On the hospital website
Prospective patients and their families take a self-guided tour from the Plexus Medcare website before they book, call or decide. Seeing the hospital first helps them feel more at ease and make an informed choice.
Staff onboarding and patient counselling
New staff use the tour to learn the layout before their first day, instead of a guided orientation walk. Doctors and care coordinators use it in counselling sessions to show patients where they will be treated, which makes the clinical process easier to understand.
Results
Plexus Medcare now has a complete view of its 30,000 sq ft facility available 24/7, to every prospective patient, referral partner and decision-maker, at no extra cost per view. The same asset serves two purposes: attracting patients on the website and supporting onboarding and counselling inside the hospital.
