How we help

How we help manufacturers and engineering companies

The challenge in this industry

Industrial machines are large, heavy and complex. A press, an extrusion line or a hangar door cannot be carried to every trade show or sales meeting, and a brochure cannot show how the machine works inside.

3D, AR and VR for manufacturing and heavy engineering

Buyers are engineers and procurement managers who need to understand the equipment before they commit. At the big trade shows, hundreds of exhibitors compete for the same visitors, so a booth has seconds to make people stop.

How we help

We turn your CAD files and product knowledge into 3D, AR, VR and anamorphic content. Buyers can see the machine at full size, look inside it and choose options, at the booth, in a sales meeting or on your website. Your sales team keeps using the same content after the show.

Projects

Edgetech at ACREX 2026

Edgetech needed to explain complex HVAC products at ACREX 2026. We combined a 3D printed AHU model, an AR product demo, a touch-screen kiosk and 3D animation into one interactive booth.

Solutions used: AR, 3D print, touch-screen kiosk, 3D animation. Read the case study.

Avantec at ACREX 2026

At ACREX India 2026, South Asia's largest HVAC trade show, the biggest brands compete for attention. We created flat-facia anamorphic content for Avantec Aircon's LED wall to draw visitors to the booth.

Solutions used: anamorphic LED, 3D film. Read the case study.

Monotech Engineers at IMTOS 2025

The 10th India Machine Tools Show (IMTOS 2025) ran from 11–14 July 2025 at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, New Delhi. Organised by K and D Communication Limited, it brought together 500+ exhibitors from 14+ countries and over 50,000 trade visitors.

To stand out, Monotech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. used three technologies at its booth: anamorphic LED content, a HoloBox and a touch-screen app, with 3D video.

Solutions used: anamorphic LED, HoloBox, touch-screen app, 3D video. Read the case study.

Rajoo Engineers at K-Show 2025

K-Show in Düsseldorf, Germany, is the world's leading trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry, with over 3,000 exhibitors and 175,000+ visitors from 160+ countries.

For Rajoo Engineers Limited we made 3D product showcase videos, visual timelines and corporate storytelling content. Together they presented its extrusion machinery, innovation, global footprint and history to international visitors.

Solutions used: 3D video. Read the case study.

NBG Printographic at Plastindia

NBG's Printography machine is an industrial printing system with many complex components. We designed and built a 3D product configurator for it, which NBG showed at Plast India 2026 and CPHI & PMEC India 2025.

Solutions used: 3D configurator, touch-screen app. Read the case study.

Gandhi Automation at aviation exhibitions

Gandhi Automation engineers, manufactures and installs large-format hangar doors and industrial door systems for airports, defence facilities, MRO hangars and aviation infrastructure in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Dubai and other markets.

Hangar doors cannot travel to a trade show, so we created a 4K 360° VR experience. Gandhi Automation uses it to sell hangar doors at 30+ aviation exhibitions every year.

Solutions used: 360 VR. Read the case study.

ASKA at Transform HSE 2025

The India HSE Summit brings together government officials, industry leaders, HSE experts and technology providers. For ASKA's booth we built a gamified IoT-based fire simulation, a tablet-based 3D product application and an AR light tower showcase.

Solutions used: HoloCube, gamification, AR, touch-screen app. Read the case study.

EV Fire Pro sales demo

EV Fire Pro's underbody fire suppression system for electric vehicles is hard to explain on paper. We built an interactive 3D product demo that shows how it works across three real-world scenarios, for buyers, sales teams and trainees.

Solutions used: 3D product demo. Read the case study.

Bliss Europe product website

Bliss Europe B.V. is a Dutch manufacturer of industrial equipment, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and process equipment for the oil and gas, petrochemical and power sectors. Its buyers need to understand complex equipment before making multi-million-euro decisions, so we built a 3D interactive product website.

Solutions used: 3D website. Read the case study.

Solutions that fit

Machine visualisation in VR and mixed reality

Let buyers walk around your machine at full size inside a VR headset, open it up and watch it run. With mixed reality (Meta Quest 3, Apple Vision Pro, HoloLens) the machine appears in the real room. No need to ship a demonstrator or fly the customer to your plant.

  • Full-scale presses, bending machines, assembly lines and plants
  • Exploded views and cut-aways of internal parts
  • Runs at exhibitions, in sales meetings and at the customer's site

Product visualisation in AR

Scan a QR code or marker with a phone or tablet and your product appears in the real room at actual size. Your sales team carries the full product range in their pocket, at the booth, in the dealer showroom or at the customer's plant.

  • 1:1 scale products placed on the floor or table
  • Feature hotspots, animations and spec sheets
  • Works on any modern phone or tablet

3D product configurators

A touch-screen or tablet app where buyers choose the model, options and add-ons, watch key parts animate, and leave their details in the same app. Your booth becomes a lead-capture point, and your sales team gets a tool they can use after the show.

  • Choose variants, options and configurations in real time
  • Animations of key parts and how the machine works
  • Lead form built in, with data you own
  • Runs on touch screens, tablets, web and LED walls

Anamorphic 4D content for LED walls

Anamorphic content makes your product look like it is coming out of the screen. On a corner (L-shape) or curved LED wall, visitors see a 3D illusion without glasses. It is the fastest way to get people to stop at your booth and film it on their phones.

  • Flat, L-shape (90°), inward L and curved LED wall formats
  • Built from your CAD files, product photos and brand story
  • Typical film length 30–90 seconds, looped for the show
  • Content sized to the exact LED wall at your venue

360 virtual factory tours

Let customers, auditors and overseas buyers walk through your factory from a browser, phone or VR headset. Clickable hotspots explain each line and process, with narration in multiple languages. It takes travel out of the sales cycle.

  • Shot on site with 360 cameras, or built in 3D
  • Hotspots with videos, specs and certifications
  • Embed on your website or play at the booth
