How we help

How we help automotive companies

The challenge in this industry

Carmakers and component suppliers hire shop-floor operators all the time, often across several plants. Every new joiner has to learn safety, quality and machine operation before going to the line, and training on a live line means stopping production.

VR training and holograms for automotive and component makers

The same companies also have to explain complex products to buyers and dealers, and hold the attention of large rooms of suppliers and partners at their own events.

How we help

We build VR and AR training from your SOPs, work instructions and CAD data, and set it up as a digital dojo inside your plant. Trainees practise as often as they need without touching a real machine. For sales and events, we use HoloBox holograms, AR product models and 3D video.

Projects

Maruti Suzuki at its Vendor Conference 2026

India's largest carmaker brought its supply chain to Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, for its Annual Vendor Conference 2026. The opening moment was not a slide or a video. It was a life-sized HoloBox hologram, standing in the room and speaking directly to the suppliers.

Solutions used: HoloBox, AI avatar. Read the case study.

Spark Minda plant dojo

Spark Minda converted its nine physical dojo learning stations into an immersive dojo. New shop-floor joiners now learn with VR, AR and sensor-based modules, using tablets with AR overlays on real components, interactive safety simulations and team challenges.

Solutions used: Digital Dojo, VR training, AR. Read the case study.

Tata AutoComp VR training for sheet metal operators

We designed and deployed a VR training programme for sheet metal operators. It runs on Meta Quest 3 and has been scaled across six plants of this Tata Group company in India.

Solutions used: VR training. Read the case study.

TAFE experience centre

Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited (TAFE) is India's third-largest tractor manufacturer and among the top five globally. We turned its showroom into India's first AR-powered immersive experience centre, with 19 detailed 3D product models, AR storytelling on every product and a 4D anamorphic welcome. Complex tractor technology became an interactive buyer journey.

Solutions used: AR, 3D models, anamorphic LED. Read the case study.

Ralson Tyres brand film

We produced a cinematic 3D animated video for Ralson Tyres to present the brand to a global audience.

Solutions used: 3D video. Read the case study.

Solutions that fit

Digital Dojo

A dojo is where new operators learn the basics before going to the line. Our Digital Dojo turns it into a modular training centre with VR stations, 3D-printed models, touch screens, sensor-based exercises and AI trainers. Trainees learn by seeing, doing and getting instant feedback.

  • Covers standard dojo modules: safety, quality, 5S, tools, assembly
  • VR simulations of your actual machines and processes
  • Scores and reports for every trainee
  • Set up inside your plant, or as a mobile dojo

Blue-collar VR training

Step-by-step VR modules for machine operation, assembly, maintenance and quality checks. Trainees practise as many times as they need, in the language your team speaks, without stopping a production line.

  • Built from your SOPs, work instructions and CAD data
  • Voice-guided step by step
  • AI trainer avatars that answer questions
  • Works on standalone headsets, no PC needed

Employee onboarding

Give every new joiner the same first week: a VR tour of the plant, the company story, safety basics and their role, delivered the same way in every location. HR gets completion data for every person.

  • VR plant tour and company introduction
  • Role-based training paths
  • Completion tracking and reports

HoloBox is an 86-inch 4K transparent display that shows a person or product as a life-size hologram. Use it to bring your managing director to a conference live from another city, or to run an AI avatar that answers visitor questions at your booth, in several languages.

  • Live two-way holographic streaming of leaders and experts
  • AI avatar trained on your product catalogue and FAQs
  • 3D product showcases and interactive quizzes
  • Available to buy or rent for an event
