We have built exhibition booth experiences at Global Fintech Fest in Mumbai: anamorphic LED content for Experian at GFF 2025, and a life-size AI presenter on HoloBox911 for ACT21 Software.
Global Fintech Fest (GFF) is an annual fintech conference and exhibition, organised jointly by NPCI, the Payments Council of India and the Fintech Convergence Council. The 2025 edition brought together 1,00,000+ attendees and 400+ exhibitors at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.
With that many exhibitors competing for the same audience, brands need a booth that gives visitors a reason to stop. That is the job our anamorphic content and HoloBox911 displays did at the fest.

A 10×10 ft anamorphic LED wall for Experian at Global Fintech Fest 2025
Summary
At Global Fintech Fest (GFF) 2025 in Mumbai, Experian needed to make an intangible software platform feel real to visitors walking past. We built a 10×10 ft anamorphic LED wall that showed its data capabilities in 4D, with insights and data flows appearing to break out of the screen.
The booth drew 4,000+ visitors in two days and became one of the most-photographed activations at the show.

The brief: stand out among 400+ exhibitors
Global Fintech Fest is an annual conference for finance and technology, organised jointly by NPCI, PCI and the Fintech Convergence Council. The 2025 edition brought 1,00,000+ attendees and 400+ exhibitors to the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.
With that many exhibitors competing for the same audience, banners, brochures and a looping screen were not going to be enough. Experian’s product is software, so there was nothing physical to put on the stand. It needed a reason for people to stop.

What we built
A 10×10 ft anamorphic LED wall. Anamorphic content creates a 3D illusion that visitors see with the naked eye, with no headsets or glasses, so the brand’s story appears to come out of the screen.
For Experian, the content turned its data capabilities into 4D visuals: insights and data flows that seem to break out of the wall towards the viewer.
How we plan a booth
Our exhibition work follows one framework, used across 35+ enterprise events:
- Attract: a display on the fascia pulls visitors from across the hall before they read the signage.
- Engage: when visitors react to the display, they become participants, and dwell time goes up.
- Enquire: the display gives the team a natural conversation starter, so visitors arrive curious and ready to talk.
Every booth includes a pre-event strategy brief, a custom content brief and a post-event performance report.

How it worked on the day
The wall stopped visitors as they walked the hall and held their attention once they arrived. People photographed it, and the Experian team had an easy opening for conversations about the platform.

Results
- 4,000+ visitors to the Experian booth in two days
- One of the most-photographed activations at GFF 2025
- 10× dwell time compared with a standard booth
Across our booths, the average dwell time is 8× that of a standard booth.
Other formats we ran at GFF 2025
Alongside the anamorphic LED wall, two other formats were in use at the show.

HoloBox 3D holographic display
A floating, rotating 3D hologram of a product, service or brand mascot. Visitors gather, take photos and share them beyond the event floor.
Gamification
A branded game on the booth. Visitors compete and share, and the team captures qualified leads through every interaction.

About the solution
Anamorphic 4D content for LED walls
Anamorphic content makes your product look like it is coming out of the screen. On a corner (L-shape) or curved LED wall, visitors see a 3D illusion without glasses. It is the fastest way to get people to stop at your booth and film it on their phones.
- Flat, L-shape (90°), inward L and curved LED wall formats
- Built from your CAD files, product photos and brand story
- Typical film length 30–90 seconds, looped for the show
- Content sized to the exact LED wall at your venue

A HoloBox AI avatar for ACT21 Software at Global Fintech Fest
Summary
ACT21 Software makes low-code and AI-driven solutions for banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI). At Global Fintech Fest / Tech Expo, it used a HoloBox with a life-size interactive AI avatar as a digital presenter on its booth.
The avatar introduced ACT21’s products, including HyPerform and HyperApps, and gave visitors a reason to stop, watch and start a conversation with the ACT21 team.

The brief: explain enterprise technology in seconds
Visitors move quickly through a technology event, and every booth competes for their attention. ACT21 needed to explain complex enterprise software fast, without relying only on static screens and printed material.
It also wanted the booth to be the start of a conversation, so the team could follow up with interested visitors.
What we built
The setup combined a HoloBox, a 7-ft, 86-inch transparent holographic display, with an interactive AI avatar. On the HoloBox, content appears to float inside the display at life size.

An AI-powered presenter
The AI avatar acted as ACT21’s digital presenter. It told the company’s technology story and presented its low-code and AI-driven BFSI solutions in a visual format.

Product introductions
The HoloBox gave ACT21 a distinctive way to introduce products such as HyPerform and HyperApps to visitors.

Event preparation
For an event like this, the work covers content preparation, AI avatar setup, testing, content loading and an on-site positioning check before the doors open.
How it worked on the day
The life-size presenter gave the booth an immediate focal point. Visitors stopped to watch, explored ACT21’s technology and interacted with the avatar.

That first contact gave the ACT21 team an easy way into a conversation with interested visitors. The HoloBox itself was a memorable booth element that drew attention and photographs.

Results
- ACT21 presented its BFSI solutions through a life-size AI presenter instead of a standard screen.
- Products including HyPerform and HyperApps were introduced to visitors at the booth.
- The avatar created a first touchpoint that the ACT21 team could turn into conversations.

It asked how three technologies can make financial systems faster, safer and open to more people: AI that acts within governance rules, assets turned into programmable digital units, and quantum-safe security.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi opened the fest on 8 September. He said UPI now works in 11 countries, that linking it with other payment systems can cut the cost of sending money home, and that fintech should grow beyond payments into credit, insurance, savings, investments and pensions.
On 10 September, RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra unveiled two UPI features: UPI Tap & Pay, for paying by tapping an NFC-enabled phone on a card terminal, and MyUPI, AI-powered support built on FiMI, a small language model from NPCI.
A PIB factsheet released for the fest reported 2,365.8 crore UPI transactions worth ₹29.88 lakh crore in July 2026 and 2,450.9 crore in August 2026, with 741 banks live. It describes UPI as recognised by the IMF as the world’s largest real-time payment system.
